Hosting and server log files
When you access a MeFriendos website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data. This may include your IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser type, operating system, and access or error status.
The processing serves the secure, stable, and error-free operation of the websites and the prevention of misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is retained only for as long as necessary for operation and security and is then deleted or anonymised, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.

If you contact us by email, we process your email address, the content of your message, and any information you voluntarily provide in order to respond to your enquiry.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns pre-contractual or contractual matters; otherwise it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Messages are deleted once they are no longer needed to handle the enquiry and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

Our websites do not set their own cookies, use audience analytics, or automatically embed tracking, advertising, video, or social media services. Fonts, images, and partner logos are delivered directly from our websites.
External links and platforms
Our websites contain links to external platforms and services, including Discord, Steam and the Steam Workshop, CurseForge, Noctura Cloud, Gamertransfer.com, and official websites operated by game developers and publishers. These services are linked only and are not loaded merely because you visit a MeFriendos page.
When you open an external link, your browser establishes a direct connection to the respective provider. The provider may receive technical connection data such as your IP address, the time of access, browser and device information, and, depending on the browser and link, the referring page. The provider is responsible for any further processing and its own privacy policy applies.
Optional Discord live data
On discord.mefriendos.de you can choose to load public Discord community data. No connection to Discord is established until you select the loading button. Details about the data, provider, and consent for the current visit are available in the supplementary Discord privacy information ↗.

Recipients and disclosure
Personal data is disclosed only where this is necessary for technical operation, required by law, or expressly authorised by you. The hosting provider may act as a processor for website operation.
